SHIPPING POLICY

Processing Time - Orders are processed between 2 and 4 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery - All meat products are carefully packaged with appropriate refrigeration to ensure freshness and food safety during transit.

Shipping Costs - Orders over £60 offer free delivery, there will be a cost of £6 delivery for any orders under £60. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order amount.

Delivery Timeframes - Standard delivery: 24 hours from dispatch. Please ensure someone is available to receive your order, as our products are perishable and require immediate refrigeration.

Order Tracking - Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your delivery.

Delivery Issues - If you experience any issues with your delivery, including damaged or spoiled products, please contact us immediately at cigcynefinmeats@outlook.com or 07983566542. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

Special Considerations - Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept responsibility for orders that are not refrigerated immediately upon delivery. Please ensure you are available to receive and properly store your order.
